5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content such as business listings, photos, reviews, or other material, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive worldwide licence to use such content
• Confirm that you own or have rights to the content
• Acknowledge that we may remove content violating these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, icons, and functionality of Bizness Tag are the exclusive property of Dhakiphale Bizness Shelter Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Certain features may require payment or subscription
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are governed by platform-specific policies

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

• No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
• No guarantee of content accuracy or completeness
• No guarantee of fitness for a specific purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhakiphale Bizness Shelter Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, business, or data
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months or ₹500, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
